Development history

In February 2011, Shenzhen Zhuoneng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established.
In October 2012, the production of first manufacture base in Shenzhen was expanded.
In May 2013, the second manufacture base in Shenzhen was put into operation. In August 2013, Guangxi Zhuoneng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in Qinzhou, Guangxi.
In November 2014, Phase I project of Guangxi Zhuoneng was officially put into operation.
In April 2015,18650 cylindrical lithium-ion battery production was officially launched in Qinzhou manufacture base.
In March 2016, the company was listed on New OTC Market.
In November 2020, Guangxi New Energy Co., Ltd. was established. In December 2020, Guangxi Ares Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Nanning, Guangxi.
In April 2021,Guangxi ARES Energy Technology Co., Ltd. started trial production.
In September 2022, Nanning Industrial Investment Group became a shareholder of Zhuoneng Group. In December 2022, Nanning Xingning manufacture base was launched for producing new power battery and energy storage system.
In 2023, the headquarter moved to Nanning, Guangxi
